We allow dogs, cats, fish, birds, and other small-caged animals. For dogs and cats, we limit 2 per apartment. We require a $200-dollar, non-refundable pet fee. A $25 dollar pet rent will be charged per month, per dog or cat. Breed restrictions apply: German Shepherds, Pit Bull terriers, Cane Carsos, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Doberman Pinschers, or a mix of these breeds are not allowed.
